Steven Hynd

Senior Technical Operations Manager

I have worked for Iansyst for 10 years, starting off in a spilt role covering technical support and AT training based out of our Scottish office in Edinburgh. My current role within Iansyst is the technical services manager; I oversee both technical support and our repair centre.

Having spent time in both AT training and technical support, this has allowed me to develop an in depth knowledge of AT products and the DSA sector as a whole.

I have a diverse skill set allowing me to help students from the point of their assessment right through to their course completion, whether it be in the form of support or training/coaching.

Having a strong technical background has allowed me to develop my skills to support a wide range of AT solutions including more complex needs such as Visual/Hearing Impairment and help develop in-house infrastructure systems.
