Assistive Technology Sales Specialist Full-time

To deliver timely sales quotes and order processing to support to our customers across the education sector.

Work as part of the team to provide assistive technology quotes responding to key customer enquiries, process orders and assist customers with upgrade sales solutions:
· Respond to telephone enquiries regarding iansyst products, including making outbound customer calls.
· Provide disability professionals with sales quotes with product information and pricing.
· Provide specialist quotes for ergonomic product solutions.
· Provide customers with information for upgrades and sales of other products.
· Process sales orders and create customer accounts on Everest, contacting customers as required.
· Be responsible for updating the Everest database with changes in customer contact details
· Produce sales management reports and information to assist with the evaluation of sales growth and evaluation..
· Develop Assistive Technology product knowledge.
· Work as part of a team on sales development initiatives.

Purchasing and Finance Executive

Ely, Cambridgeshire

Responsibility for purchasing assistive technology and devices for the group businesses including Iansyst ltd and iDiversity Consulting Ltd. Providing purchase ledger co-ordination and support to the finance team at Iansyst ltd.

  • Purchasing:
    Purchasing assistive technology hardware & software
    Raising purchase Orders
    Liaising with suppliers
    Checking margin levels
    Making price updates to our systems
    Updating external quoting systems with latest pricing
    Assist with the production of price lists
    Supply the sales team with product information and pricing

 

  • Purchase Ledger:
    Create, review & maintain vendor accounts
    Ensure filing & completeness of documentation
    Review & process high volumes of purchase invoices & debit memos (credit notes).
    Planning payment runs with supporting documentation
    Issuing remittance advices
    Reconciliation of vendor deposit account
    Maintaining good relationships with suppliers
    Reconciling suppliers statements
    Reconciliation of company credit cards
    Dealing with any queries
    Producing aged creditor report

 

  • Preferred: Good communicator with lots of energy & motivation
    Multitasking skills
    Good understanding of business & financial issues
    Ability to work to tight deadlines
    Excellent IT skills & knowledge of Excel spreadsheets

Assistive Technology Trainer

1 Based in Ely Office - 1 Based in Scotland Office

Due to an exciting phase of growth we are looking for training consultants to join our training services team.

1 position is based in our Ely office, and the other our Scotland office in Edinburgh, you will be delivering Assistive Technology Training on a one to one basis, either remotely or face to face.

The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills and be able to prioritise their own workload. It is imperative you are an effective communicator with excellent customer services skills. Experience in delivering training on a one to one or group basis within a workplace environment is essential.

Relevant qualifications are desirable, but not essential.

All of our training positions are subject to a DBS disclosure.

You may have experience of the following; Workplace Consultant, IT Trainer, Software Trainer, Assistive Technology Trainer, Trainer etc…
