She has led the business to become an established technology solutions supplier helping thousands of students as part of the governments Disabled Student Allowance scheme. Janine is also passionate about enabling disabled adults in the workplace to achieve and has introduced new services to help organisations develop more inclusive and accessible workplaces. In 2018, Janine championed the company to become a Disability Confident Leader.
Janine is an experienced Chartered Director with the IoD and a Chartered Marketing professional. From June 2014 to June 2018, Janine also worked in a voluntary capacity as a Trustee on the board of an international charity who deliver projects to help disabled individuals in several of the poorest countries in the world.
Gill Hudson heads up the Scottish team, and is the Director of Diversity and Inclusion for Iansyst. Gill has been with Iansyst for14 years starting as an Assistive Technology Trainer and is very proud to have been appointed a Director in 2021.
With over 20 years’ experience in delivering training to individuals on both a one to one, and group basis. Gill has an in-depth knowledge of disabilities and how the challenges can impact an individual in their daily life
Gill is responsible for managing the Scottish team, the HR aspects of the whole company and account managing our clients.
Gill is passionate about Diversity and Inclusion, and was proud to head up our continuation of our Disability Confident Leader status.
Simon is employed as iansyst’s Quotes, Quality & Transaction Audit Manager, overseeing procedures and policies for all of our departments. With a solid background in accounting and financial management, it’s Simon’s responsibility to ensure all quotations, invoices and issued documents are accurate and provided in a timely fashion.
Having spent time in both AT training and technical support, this has allowed Steven to develop an in depth knowledge of AT products and the DSA sector as a whole.
Anthony has worked with assistive technology in educational, workplace and social care settings for approximately 20 years which has allowed him to develop an in-depth knowledge of assistive technology across a wide range of sectors, and the DSA sector as a whole.
