She has led the business to become an established technology solutions supplier helping thousands of students as part of the governments Disabled Student Allowance scheme. Janine is also passionate about enabling disabled adults in the workplace to achieve and has introduced new services to help organisations develop more inclusive and accessible workplaces. In 2018, Janine championed the company to become a Disability Confident Leader.
Janine is an experienced Chartered Director with the IoD and a Chartered Marketing professional. From June 2014 to June 2018, Janine also worked in a voluntary capacity as a Trustee on the board of an international charity who deliver projects to help disabled individuals in several of the poorest countries in the world.
Gill Hudson is a senior manager employed by Iansyst for 10 years, and prior to that worked in the tourism sector delivering training to both staff and members of the tourism sector.
With over 20 years’ experience in delivering training to individuals on both a one to one, and group basis. Gill has an in-depth knowledge of disabilities and how the challenges can impact an individual in their daily life
Starting with Iansyst in 2016, Jay has a flair for Marketing and events, and therefor often represents iansyst at conferences, exhibitions and networking events throughout the UK. A highly organised individual, Jay can co-ordinate a marketing plan from conception to implementation and run the plan within budget.
Jay’s current role entails him overseeing all of the company’s Commercial activities, Marketing events and the e-commerce team.
Transaction Audit Manager
Simon started with Iansyst in 2001 initially in an accounting role. Over the last 18 years, Simon has worked in and supported most departments within the company.
Simon is employed as iansyst’s Quotes, Quality & Transaction Audit Manager, overseeing procedures and policies for all of our departments. With a solid background in accounting and financial management, it’s Simon’s responsibility to ensure all quotations, invoices and issued documents are accurate and provided in a timely fashion.
Charlie Scott has worked for Iansyst for over 6 years. During this time he has developed a vast knowledge of the Assistive Technology products in the market and an understanding of the DSA process from start to finish. More recently he has been part of the Commercial side of the business, liaising with FE/HE institutions, corporate customers and councils to supply equipment and software that fits their needs.
Charlie is now in charge of the DSA and Customer Services teams at Iansyst and is responsible for providing timely and accurate quotes for assessors, disability advisers and students. This team also deal with any student’s wishing to purchase their equipment, and Charlie’s immense knowledge of this market aids both Assessors and students alike.
