Overseeing areas of business continuity and risk mitigation; through appropriate procedural and monitoring controls, I help to ensure a consistent approach to client and supplier on-boarding, order processing and delivery of a low touch-point, high-value customer experience. My main effort is to streamline, document and standardise routine business procedures to enhance the end customer experience, giving confidence to staff to perform their role effectively and consistently. This ensures that our delivery to end customers is continually of a high standard, meeting or surpassing KPIs.
As part of the senior management team I also give oversight and direction for an array of business and technological challenges, having recently managed the GDPR change management roll out to ensure data security and legal compliance. I work alongside the DPO to ensure appropriate staff training and delivery to protect our clients, business assets and key stakeholders.
