Janine is also passionate about enabling disabled adults in the workplace to achieve and has introduced new services to help organisations develop more inclusive and accessible workplaces. In 2018, Janine championed the company to become a Disability Confident Leader.
In 2019, Janine founded iDiversity Consulting Ltd, the parent company of Iansyst Ltd. iDiversity provides coaching and accessibility solutions to support neurodivergent adults in the workplace. Janine is an experienced Chartered Director with the IoD and a Marketing professional. From June 2014 to June 2018, Janine also worked in a voluntary capacity as a Trustee on the board of an international charity who deliver projects to help disabled individuals in several of the poorest countries in the world.
Simon is employed as iansyst’s Quotes, Quality & Transaction Audit Manager, overseeing procedures and policies for all of our departments. With a solid background in accounting and financial management, it’s Simon’s responsibility to ensure all quotations, invoices and issued documents are accurate and provided in a timely fashion.
Kim values working in a sector that makes a meaningful difference, helping students and individuals in the workplace reach their full potential. She takes pride in contributing to solutions that support people in both their studies and careers, ensuring they have the tools and support they need to succeed.
Elliot is passionate about working in a sector that delivers meaningful impact, particularly in supporting people with disabilities. He is committed to continuously developing his expertise in assistive technology, regularly attending webinars and exploring the latest software to expand his knowledge and better serve clients.
