DSA key performance indicators

iansyst offer a One-Stop solution for students in receipt of their Disabled Students’ Allowance by providing a professional and reliable service to all those involved.

Assessors will be able to access our DSA Quoting System 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so they can create quotes at a time that is suitable for them; alternately our experienced quotes team are on hand by phone or email.

Funding bodies will be assured that the equipment supplied by iansyst has been researched to make sure it is fit for purpose and training will be designed according to the needs of the students.

Our staff receive disability awareness training to help us understand the needs of students so we can help them reach their potential by providing the right equipment and training to enable independent learning.

Order acknowledgement sent to student when permission to supply received from funding body (or student). Within 1 day
Delivery confirmation sent to student once student has contacted supplier. Within 1 day

Onsite or return to base repair arranged if problem cannot be resolved remotely. Within 1 day
