What is Re-Adjust?


Re-adjust is a training and consultancy service from Iansyst Ltd for disabled individuals at their work pace. Through assistive technology software, training and one-to-one coaching and support, the Re-adjust service helps employers and employees get the most out of their workplace.

Who we are

 

We are an established UK company with offices in England and Scotland with over 30 years of experience helping disabled individuals of all ages.

Our team of specialists can assist employers and service providers to meet the obligations of the Equality Act 2010 whereby an employer has a duty to make reasonable adjustments for disabled employees. Adjustments should be made to avoid an individual being put at a disadvantage compared to a non-disabled person.

We provide a fast and quality service to help HR and Occupational Health professionals assess an individual’s needs and to deliver an excellent provision combining assistive technology solutions with support services and other reasonable adjustments.

We are disability experts for dyslexia, dyspraxia, visual impairments, hearing impairments and mental health and can help support physical disabilities such as RSI. Through the use of assistive technology and coaching services, we can also help individuals who may require rehabilitation back into the workplace and other specialist requirements such as literacy and communication support.

Through our re-adjust solutions, we can really help make a difference to a disabled person’s working life and help them to enhance their productivity, confidence and well-being. We are also experienced Access to Work suppliers and can provide support either as part of the Access to Work government scheme, or working directly with you. We can offer an entire service from initial assessment to product supply, on-site set-up, training and coaching – or alternatively any element of these provisions.
