Our telephone support Helpdesk staff are highly skilled and knowledgeable, with some being Microsoft and Apple certified technicians. The strength of our technical knowledge and understanding of IT systems enables us to provide a high level of service.
We aim to fix all technical issues over the telephone and, with prior authorisation, we can use remote services to resolve these issues, quickly and efficiently. If the matter cannot be resolved over the telephone, we can either make an on-site visit or have the equipment returned to base for resolution, depending upon your support package and warranties.
In addition, we can operate in accordance with contracted Service Level Agreements. Our technical helpdesk support staff are clear and concise in their delivery, which reduces the problem resolution time and makes it possible for us to reduce the impact and costs associated with potential downtime.
