DSA Students and Assessors will find useful information in this section.

Terms and Conditions refers to how iansyst will accept orders for the sale of goods or provisions based on quotes generated by the DSA Assessor Quoting System or by our quotes team.

Insurance and extended warranties are an important part of the DSA equipment which is supplied to students. The information given here will reassure you of the importance to having the equipment properly covered against unforeseen incident.

Delivery pricing of the DSA equipment will vary depending on distance and service required, so this is a useful guide of what to expect.

On occasions you may be required to complete a VAT Exemption form for your DSA equipment. You will find all the information you need under the VAT section.

We always endeavour to make sure that the service you receive from iansyst is of the highest standard. However, if you do have a problem please go to the Customer Complaints Handling Procedure.
