iansyst passes DSA-QAG audit for approved supplier status

iansyst achieves accreditation again as an approved DSA supplier!

Following the DSA-QAG Audit (Disabled Students Allowance Quality Group), measured against the 2008 the Quality Assurance Framework (QAF), iansyst has now achieved ‘approved supplier’ status for 2009/10.

This challenging and thorough audit pass reflects iansyst’s commitment to both quality and its customers, which ranges from assessor support through supply of equipment to training and support.

Quality measures from DSA-QAG include the following key performance indicators: rapid quote response times for assessors; timely customer communications; delivery of goods within a specific timeframe and many more.

iansyst’s own added quality assurance measures mean we provide tested, high quality and reliable branded equipment. We also have an in-house customer services department to help with any queries and a technical support team covering both hardware and software issues. Additional quality services include iansyst’s national training department who are ‘CRB enhanced’ vetted, disability awareness trained and perfectly positioned to help with the needs of disabled students.
