Just who are the people behind iansyst? Here are some of the team.

Ian Litterick

Executive Chairman and company founder. He has a degree from Oxford, a Diploma from LSE and an MBA from INSEAD in France. He is a member of the British Dyslexia Association’s New Technologies Committee (BDANTC) which exists to improve awareness of technological solutions to dyslexic difficulties. He represents the BDANTC on the Right to Read Campaign steering committee, which is lead by RNIB and promotes the accessibility needs of people with reading impairments.

Janine King

Managing Director. Janine joined iansyst in 2005 and is a Chartered Marketer with a Master's Degree in Strategic Marketing Management.

Janine is responsible for leading the strategic growth of iansyst in partnership with the Senior Management Team. Janine has introduced many new initiatives to iansyst to benefit both customers and staff. These have included creating specialist consultancy services and website information to help employers and dyslexic people in the workplace; introducing an account management team to support Needs Assessors and Educational Professionals as well as directing product innovation.

Helen Alvey

HR Director and Company Secretary. Helen has been with the company since 2005, joining as HR Manager and recently promoted to Director & Company Secretary. She has over 20 years experience in private sector SMEs, mostly in the technology sector, and has worked at a senior HR level for more than 12 years. Helen is an honours graduate, holds a Diploma in Management Studies and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.

Nigel Porter

Head of Operations. Nigel is responsible for teams delivering order fulfillment, after sales support, technical services, web deployment and information systems. An electronic engineering graduate, Nigel has held a number of technical and managerial positions within the aerospace sector, business to business direct marketing, Internet Service Provision, and an international ‘value add’ distributor of IT security and Internet technology solutions.

Neil Milliken

Head of Service & Mobile Development. Neil is in charge of all Mobile Developments for iansyst and has run the CapturaTalk venture for iansyst from day one. Neil has a wealth of experience providing solutions for people with dyslexia and other disabilities having worked for iansyst for over seven years and spent a number of years running the full service Business Unit providing end to end Assistive Technology solutions. Neil has an MBA from the Open University, a Joint Honours Degree from Oxford and is a Chartered Manager. He is dyslexic and a user of the technology that iansyst provide.
