assess 2010 – a big thank you

First National iansyst Assistive Technology Conference

The conference has now finished and we are all about to catch up on some well deserved rest, however before we do, we would like to say a big thank you to all the assessors who took time out from their busy schedules to attend the conference.

In his speech at the dinner Ian Litterick drew attention to the British Assistive Technology Association and suggested that assessors and Access Centres might like to consider joining. BATA’s website is at www.bataonline.org

Being our first conference it has been a huge learning curve to make this event a success. Feedback by most assessors was very positive:

However, we are aware that areas will need to be addressed when we organise another conference and we are grateful for your feedback to enable us to achieve this.
